YNOT Have Fun and ADAPT Training are hosting a
Rib Challenge and Shuffle Board Tournament to raise money for The ADAPT Advanced Scholarship Fund.
**$25 per plate.
**Sample each team’s ribs. Plus, side dishes.
**Drink specials.
**4 teams cook-off.
**Teams have been preselected, see the above list.
**You get to vote for your favorite ribs.
**Trophy goes to the winner!

Grab the taster tray and test your knowledge! We'll give you a list of breweries. Two winners (one from the Mug Club event and one for the general public) May 10th-14th. We'll announce winners on that Saturday.

Thursday April 14th from 5-8pm. We will be sampling our beers. Come grab a growler to go or a pint to stay. Block and Board is a butcher shop specializing in cuts from local, sustainable farms, plus sandwiches, beer & wine.
Tabor Challenge This Weekend
Looking for a great way to get some exercise this weekend? The 2nd annual Tabor Challenge 5k takes place Saturday and there will be a cold USA waiting for you beer enthusiasts at the finish line!

Belgian Style Ale brewed with chamomile flowers

The first sip has a slight tart taste. The second brings the experience of the effervescence throughout the mouth and then lingers and bounces off sour sides of the tongue. The finish is actually smooth and soothing where the taste of the chamomile along with a slight bit of sweetness resides. The nose of the beer exudes sweetness and not surprisingly, flowers.
This beer has a good mouth feel as like many saisons and farmhouse ales. The addition of the flower brings revealing notes of sweetness and tartness at the same time which is unique and fun. This is definitely a beer for when the summer sun is out or along with a light dish of food such as fish or chicken.
